RECEPTION

The box office is located in the hall or in the refreshment bar.

The reception and the box office are run by the theatre.

A display unit for leaflets is at the companies’ disposal in the hall.

There are playbill boards on the theatre façades – rue Thiers and rue Guillaume Puy.

TECHNICAL RECEPTION:

The theatre welcomes the companies one week before the festival opening.

Each company is given one 8h for all its technical settings.

On the day before the opening of the festival, a dress rehearsal takes place in the conditions of the festival.

The stage manager who is present during whole the festival duration will be in charge of the technical setting along with the companies’ managers.

PROMOTING THE SHOWS:

During the festival, the programmes and a presentation of the shows and companies (if they provide its contents) are available on the net site of the theatre.

The theatre paper programme is also available at the Visitors’ Centre, at the Town Hall, in the “Festival Off” Office and other official sites.

MEETING POINT

Companies, spectators and professional can meet at the refreshment bar.

It is granted a net connection.
