THE STAGE

6m80 long (about 22 ft) - 5m50 (about 18 ft) deep – 2m65 (about 8.7 ft) high at the lowest point of the ceiling grid.

Black back curtain allowing the circulation of the comedians.

One access to prompt side.

Possible circulation in the wings (/backstage)from OP side to prompt side.

DRESSING ROOM (30m2)

Direct access from the stage.

With mirrors, shelves, make-up shelves, hanging bar for clothes.

Private staff toilets and shower.

 

SETTING PROPS room

27m2 (about 88 sq ft) storage room for props and setting with direct access to the dressing room and as well as to the stage.

Each company gets its own shared stocking space : 2 m² and 3 m3 maximum

 

TICKET / BOX OFFICE

Informatic box office located in the hall along with the refreshment bar for the audience comfort.

 

PLAYBILLS

Each company will get its own playbill boarding surface inside and outside the theatre.

 

SCHEDULE

The theatre welcomes the companies 12 days before the festival opening.

Each company is given one time 8h for all its technical settings.

On the day before the opening of the festival, a dress rehearsal takes place in the conditions of the festival.

The stage manager who is present during whole the festival duration will be in charge of the technical setting along with the companies’ managers.

 

THEATRE RATES:

 

3000€ to 4400€ (tax included) depending on schedule

The fees will be paid by three cheques. The first one will be cashed on the day of the signing of the contract, the second one on April 30th , the third one on June 15th. All three will be given on the day of the contract and then will be cashed as agreed.

 

REFRESHMENT BAR

A refreshment bar is available to greet the audience and the professionals.

Equipped with a Wi Fi internet connection.
